On Tuesday, 1st November 2022, the Greenlea Trust Rescue Helicopter Long Lunch, brought to you by Property Brokers, was held in Palmerston North at the Orlando Country Estate.
The day was a huge success, with businesses from all around the Manawatu attending. The day consisted of the Melbourne Cup racing, live auctions and silent auctions, and an amazing speech from a past patient who shared her story of how the Grassroots Trust Rescue Helicopter saved her life.
In the end, a fantastic $35,000 was raised for the Grassroots Trust Rescue Helicopter. We would like to say a big thank you to all the incredible local businesses that generously donated items to both the live and silent auctions, in support of their rescue helicopter, as well as a shout out to Property Brokers, who provided an incredible auctioneer, bringing the whole event to life!
