KCE (King Country Energy) became a Supporting Sponsor of the Grassroots Trust Rescue Helicopter in 2020, forming a partnership that helps ensure the communities they power can always rely on the rescue helicopter when it’s needed most. This reflects KCE’s core values of integrity, teamwork, potential, healthy, and commitment to the people they serve.

KCE operates five power stations, including the Mangahao Power Station, which supplies electricity to the Horowhenua district - one of the key areas supported by the Grassroots Trust Rescue Helicopter.
