But the trouble is, it doesn’t have a rescue winch
This is a highly-specialised piece of equipment, and it is vital. A rescue winch enables your crew to lift patients safely and swiftly out of difficult terrain.
This region has some of the highest numbers of winch rescues in the country. It is essential that the H145 rescue helicopter is equipped with a winch – but to do that, we need the support of your entire community.
The wonderful people at the Greenlea Foundation Trust have generously agreed to MATCH every dollar given to this appeal, up to $300,000.
This is an INCREDIBLE offer, and we are deeply grateful to every one of them!
This means we only need to raise half the target to buy a new winch.
